AQSIQ延续申请应提交哪些材料？

AQSIQ延续需要准备的材料：
Documents concerning AQSIQ renewal:
1 注册申请书The Printed and filled “application form for registration for overseas suppliers of wasted materials imports"；
2经公证的税务登记文件，有商业登记文件的还需提供经公证的商业登记文件Notarized Tax registration documents and/or Commercial registration documents or their copies;
3标明尺寸的固定办公场所平面图，有加工场地的，还应提供加工场地平面图，能全面展现上述场所、场地实景的视频文件或者 3 张以上照片A fixed office and a processing establishments plans, photos of the actual landscape (more than 3 photos)， and/or video files and other related information;
4原注册登记证书复印件The former "AQSIQ license" copies;
5按照已注册登记废物原料种类提交各年度的废物原料装运前检验证书和 / 或进口废物原料检验检疫通关单复印件（各年度、各种类至少 1 份）“Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate of Waste Materials to China” and / or copies of” Inspection and Quarantine Bill of Imported Waste Materials" (at least 1 copy of each year and type)
